How we work together:

  • Free 30 minute discovery call to get us started

  • Select & prepay the package that works for you

  • Use your time as you wish and the pace that suits you

  • I track my time and let you know your balance on a monthly basis

  • Each package is good for 1 year from the date of purchase

  • All packages are non refundable

  • Emails & general phone calls are included in the package plan

  • Postage, courier charges, printing, and project specific needs are additional charges and will be invoiced to the client

  • Any additional and/or unforeseen costs will be discussed with client prior to being charged

  • On site visits (within 20 miles of LMN - located in Avon Massachusetts) will incur a $10 travel fee
